Welcome to TriWave Couriers Limited. By registering for an account or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the services provided by TriWave Couriers, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. TriWave Couriers reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Services Provided

TriWave Couriers provides international shipping and courier services from Sunrise, Florida to Jamaica via air and sea freight, as well as local delivery and pickup services within Jamaica.

Services include but are not limited to:

  • Package tracking through the customer portal

  • Online invoice viewing and payments

  • Shopping assistance services

  • Local delivery and pickup options

  • Warehousing and package handling

TriWave Couriers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information and contact details

  • Ensuring that all packages shipped comply with Jamaican customs regulations

  • Paying all applicable shipping charges, duties, taxes, and additional service fees

  • Monitoring shipment updates through the customer portal or notifications

TriWave Couriers is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by customers.

4. Prohibited Items

Customers are strictly prohibited from shipping illegal or restricted items including but not limited to:

  • Firearms, ammunition, or weapons

  • Illegal drugs or narcotics

  • Hazardous materials or chemicals

  • Explosives or flammable items

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Perishable items unless approved

  • Any items restricted under Jamaican law

TriWave Couriers reserves the right to refuse, inspect, or confiscate packages containing prohibited items.

5. Customs Duties and Taxes

All packages entering Jamaica are subject to inspection and assessment by Jamaican Customs.

Customers are responsible for paying any:

  • Customs duties

  • Government taxes

  • Clearance fees

TriWave Couriers has no control over customs charges or clearance times.

6. Shipping Schedule

TriWave Couriers operates air and sea freight shipments three (3) times per week between Sunrise, Florida and Jamaica.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Airline or shipping carrier delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Public holidays

TriWave Couriers does not guarantee exact delivery times.

7. Package Tracking

Customers can track their shipments through the TriWave Couriers online customer portal once packages arrive at our warehouse.

Tracking updates depend on information provided by shipping carriers and may not always reflect real-time movement.

8. Storage Policy

Customers will be notified when packages are ready for pickup.

Packages must be collected within 10 days of notification.

If packages remain uncollected after this period, a storage fee of $250 JMD per package per day will apply until the package is collected or deemed abandoned.

TriWave Couriers reserves the right to auction, dispose or donate packages to recover storage and administrative costs. Customers remain responsible for all outstanding charges.

9. Delivery Services

TriWave Couriers offers delivery services in Linstead, St. Catherine and surrounding locations.

Delivery services may require advance scheduling via phone or WhatsApp.

Additional delivery fees may apply depending on the delivery location.

10. Payments

All shipping fees, duties, and service charges must be paid before packages are released or delivered.

Payments may be made through:

  • Online payment via customer portal

  • Approved local payment methods

TriWave Couriers reserves the right to withhold packages until outstanding balances are cleared.

11. Liability and Claims

TriWave Couriers handles packages with care but is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.

Customers are encouraged to properly package items before shipping.

Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of package collection.

12. Inspection of Packages

TriWave Couriers reserves the right to open and inspect packages if required for security, regulatory compliance, or customs purposes.

13. Right to Refuse Service and Cancellations

TriWave Couriers reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who violates these Terms and Conditions or attempts to ship prohibited items.

Cancellations must be requested 2-6 hours prior to scheduled service, where applicable. Cancellation fees may apply. TriWave Couriers reserves the right to cancel services at its discretion.

14. Limitation of Liability

TriWave Couriers shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profits or business

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or government agencies

15. Privacy

Customer information collected through our website or customer portal will be used only for shipping, communication, and service purposes.

TriWave Couriers does not sell or share customer information with third parties except where required by law.
