We ship three times a week. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
We currently do not have a physical store. We have designated days for pickups in Linstead, and we deliver Mondays through Saturdays.
No! Signing up with TriWave Couriers is absolutely free.
After you receive the email notification that your package is ready for pickup, you have 10 days to pick up before a storage fee is added. After 60 days, the package will be considered abandoned and auctioned off.
After you receive notification that your package is ready for pickup, we kindly ask that it be collected within 10 days. Packages not collected within this timeframe will incur a storage fee of $250 per package, per day until they are picked up or deemed abandoned.
Packages over $100 USD may be subject to Tariff charges by the Jamaica Customs Authority. This will be reflected on your invoice.
We currently operate Mondays to Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
